[Resolved]  Airtel — Broadband Connection Shifting

I raised a request regarding shifting of my broadband connection on 6th September 2021 (request no[protected]. But my connection is still not shifted after 9 days of raising the request. I called customer care everyday and they kept me saying same thing that they have escalated the case and my connection will be shifted by the end of the day but it's still not shifted.
And not even a single technician have visited on my address till date.
This is causing me problem in my online classes and in prepration of my exam.

I have also already paid ₹3500/- for 6 months plan and not using the internet from 10 days.

My request is that shift my connection asap.

After I submitted the complaint and also dm airtel on twitter a person from airtel called me and he kinda sound frustrated and told the the area is not feasible and told me to share the otp with him so he can close my broadband connection but i didn't gave him the otp and told him that your company told me that just wait for some days your area and everything is feasible and you connection will be shifted and that too for straight 15 days and now suddenly on 16th day you are saying that my area is not feasible i didn't replied to this and kept asking for otp but i didn't gave him the otp and hanged up the call. After that i told this situation to airtel twitter team and they also said that my area is not feasible and they we're lying because my neighbour whose house is just next to me has airtel broadband connection so i told the same to airtel twitter team and suddenly after 24 days of raising the complaint to shift my connection airtel engineering called me and said they are coming to shift my connection and my connection got shifted.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
