Airtel — Broadband connection shifting charges

Airtel is charging a hefty amount of rs 1000 if you want to ### your connection in the same city.

This is the case when they are using the same modem and wiring. I had only recently got the connection and they don't need to put anything extra. Still they are charging 1000 rs without any explanation, saying that this is the policy.

This is utter cheating with the consumer. Please see into this
