Airtel — broadband connection termination

I am trying hard to reach on airtel from 20th march for termination of my connection due to location change. But nobody is taking up my call from past 5 days. Calling them 4-5 times in a day.
Posted on social media, someone replied and said "lemme turn the table around. Bla bla"
I don't know what kinda reply it was. He was not answering to my question. And moving the table on his own way.
This is ridiculous.

Not even a single revert from Airtel. They have generated a long bill instead.
