Dear Sir/Mam,
I am requesting your assistance to de activate my Airtel Broadband connection. I have stopped using the services effective 27th September. The bill has been paid till end of October 2020. I had been trying relentlessly to search for option in the Airtel thanks app and to call your customer service numbers however none seem to work or take me to the option to de activate the services. Request you to please de activate my below mentioned connection asap.
