Airtel Broadband — Delay in installation

We subscribed for an Airtel Broadband Connection in Chennai. But the Person took installation charges from us on saturday and he never showed up. when we call him he used give some excuses saying tommorrow. Can someone please respond
Now this is weird, after almost one week he took the documents(all proofs ) and money, now he says there is no Cable nearby and it may take 10 days to get connection. He should have told this before so that we may go for another operator and to the worse he is not ready to give our money back and they blocked all our ph numbers. As I told we are in need for a wifi connection very badly, How can they play these tricks with us. As an Airtel Fan this is definitely effect the brand of an Airtel. Is Airtel going to take any action on them??

May I know when I will get back my money? Its almost 15 days I have raised a complaint.
I got a call from Airtel saying my money will be refunded. But I dint get my money till now. How long will it take to refund money.
I booked a connection on Jan 2 and the technician came on Jan 6 and he did all the formalities and took the installation charge of Rs.500. He said it'll take 4-5 days for installation and now it's Jan 18, 14 days since I booked and still they're playing with us, giving excuses all the time and postponing it. And they never call me I always call and ask about the progress. Really poor Customer care I must say. Please take action immediately.

I booked an Airtel broadband connection and after more than a month they said it's not available in my area. So I asked for a refund and it's been more than two months since I cancelled still no response. Need my refund ASAP, my number [protected].
I paid for my broadband connection and all verification done . I was told that say day installation will be done.

We subscribed for an Airtel Broadband Connection in Mumbai on 21st August 2021. The Payment was made but have not received any details regarding connection. I did try and call up the Sales agent but they are saying the delay is from Senior Airtel executive who take time due to formalities. At the time of installing the connection box in the building they had promised the line will be set up in 3 - 5 day max.
We had expected a professional service and hope the connection is provided without further delay.

Till time i belived that airtel was the fastest in service and network...but since i ordered airtel xtreme fibre which is available at my location. I ordered since April 17 of 2022 and today the day i m writing this mail is april 26 9th day of
my order. And the thing is i didn't got any response from company servers about my order i m still waiting it to be done. Airtel i didn't expect such a dely in service. My location where i want the connection Chapra, Bihar, house no 3, Nagina colony, 841301.
