[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Delay in Reactivation of IPTV after change of Plan | |||
I am using airtel broadband serives since last 4 years. My Airtel Account No is 16550933. On 10th of July I placed a request to change billing plan from triple play to COMBO of Broadband + IPTV + Calling. I was given time of 48 hrs to resume IPTV services once it is get disconnected. But its already been 3 days and still my IPTV services are not resumed. On calling 121 care I got reply that more 24 hrs will require to start my services. So, why I was informed 24 hrs at the time of placing request. I could have chose another time frame (may be when I go out station) if I was informed actual required time before taking my request. I like to request you to confirm me the status of my IPTV request and resume my services asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
