Airtel — Broadband delayed issues (xstream) | |||
I am Akarsh, I have requested Airtel near my location to set up a broadband connection ( actually Airtel xstream) in my home . A person came into my home on 17july 2021 and told us the plans and we selected a desired plan and payed in advance, he told us that your connection would be set up within 3days but now it's 26 July 2021 and nothing happened till now ... He made excuses that tomorrow would be done but nothing really happend... Please do something because it's urgent, we have online classes and we are facing issues and I am not able to do something...
