Airtel — broadband deposit refund of rs.1000

Dear airtel,

Air tel collected the rs, 1000 for brodband connection. Due to some issue they could not provide connection. Rs 1000 was paid vide cheque no 2585359 and credited into air tel account on[protected]. Refund was requested since july 2017. I do not know why it is delaying. I hope with this information you can take immediate action. Attached the
