Airtel, Four months back one of your technician suggested to buy "D-Link DSL-2750U Wireless N 300 ADSL2+ 4-Port Wi-Fi Router with Modem, 2900 RS. I purchased the same and using it. Now you want me to buy VDSL modem for 3099 RS? First please understand. I haven't asked for plan up-gradation. Your call center people kept calling me and asked to migrate to latest plan ( Airtel-UL-Special 1349 80GB (16Mbps/512Kbps) COMBO Plan and which happened in a day. When i raised connection issue in new upgraded plan, then your technical team declared my home area is not feasible for 16 Mbps plan and you want me to buy a new modem. I expect little professionalism from AIRTEL as ISP. How long should i wait to get this problem to get solved. Was this information helpful? | |||
