[Resolved] Airtel — BroadBand Fee Not Refunded | |||
Hi, I had taken the broadband online and paid the initial fee of Rs.1000/- Since there it showed the feasibility was present in my area. Later the airtel officials said there was no feasibility i asked for the refund it has been more than a month since i have raised the concern with [protected]@airtel.in. The guy whom i interacted(i have given all the details related to the transaction and he has confirmed that transaction status) promises it will be done in a week but still no one responded on the status.
