No: 044 — 4864 3062, connected on 6th decr.2018 with the help of mr. Prabhu, your representative (His mobile no:[protected]). I opted for "super fast home wifi 1000 @ 100 mbps sor r.699/-" scheme. I paid a sum of rs.5, 640/- by cheque on iob, annanagar branch, chennai as annual down payment. Cheque no:828667 dt.4 — 12 — 2018. The cheque was not presented so far and i am getting messages demanding payment failing which line will be disconnected. I did my duty of payment and if cheque is lost or misplaced i am ready to replace the same on receipt of a writtden request from you. Ref: my request no:[protected] dt.17 — 1 — 2019.
