[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband fraud again

CAF number 4831973, Reference number is 74355478. Rs. 1000 taken by your field executive.Emailed Appellate and 121 again and again 11-12 times but still have no idea about my refund. Please help me its been 1 month since that guy took my money and I am not very rich to just let it go. I am struggling for money here and dont wish to donate it airtel. Please help. Wrote on your facebook wall as well but no response.

airtel is very bad . because it has been taken 1000rs by frauding since one month. but did not refund till now . there is frauding in bengaluru. only minus(-) rating i can do . that is bad because their customer care executive are doing fraudin.
