Airtel — Broadband Installation | |
Raised a new request for broadband. Airtel confirmed that till 8Mbps speed available in my area and socket available to give a connection. After confirmation submitted doc and amount Rs.1000/-. Later engineers saying that no socket connection available. Raised a compliant with Airtel and customer engineer called to me on last Friday and confirmed that new connection possible and we will provide, our engineer will call you back today for that. But didnt get any call. When i call back to customer care again saying that no connection to be provided. Was this information helpful? | |
