Dear concerned,
I took an Airtel Xstream broadband connection on 26/05/22. There was a problem in the line and I raised a complaint on 21/06/22. It Has been 1 week as of now and there is no resolution. I called customer care so many times, every time they are telling me that they will escalate the issue on high priority-asking me to wait for 24 hrs. Like that i waited 7x24 hrs.
My connection details are as follows.
Finally I am fed up with the Airtel team and their irresponsibility. I asked them to disconnect the internet and to refund me the amount. They are not ready to disconnect or to refund.
I paid 6 months in advance and now they are making me tensed and in trouble. I'm feeling so much mental tension because of the Airtel Xstream customer care team.
Please take proper action on the Airtel Xstream team from your end. I want proper justice. Was this information helpful? |
