[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband issue not resolved | |||||
My complaint has been with Airtel Chennai since Dec 23rd 2015 with SR# 62920710, I have been chasing them for last 4 days to resolve the issue, I am being given a commitment every day that today it will be done and when I chase them, they tell me that it will take another 24 hrs. This story is going on for last 4 days with no resolution, their management is making all the promises and not keeping up. And on top of it, they are generating the bill in full and charging me in full. I am highly disgusted by their unprofessionalism and making false commitments every day and not living up to their words. Was this information helpful? | |||||
