I requested for airtel broadband line connection on 3rd march for which i got a reply from airtel stating " due to Technical issues connection cannot be given in my area where iam residing. But the cheque amount of rs 500 which i gave For new connection request was debited from my bank account by the marketing person mr. Venkat from airtel (Contact No[protected]) for fulfilling his sales target inspite of knowing the problem Customer application number : tnpg024854 - Apart from the above issue airtel have billed me an amount of rs 1800 right from march 2017 to may 2017 for the broadband Connection which was not given to me by airtel I have sent several emails to the customer care of airtel mail id [protected]@airtel.com but they have not taken any action regarding my complaint Was this information helpful? | |||||
