Airtel — Broadband ll disconnected even after payment | |||
Dear Sir Sub: Airtel Broadband Landline Connection - Disconnected I, Venkatesan D M, residing at B-93, Shikar Tower, Near Shyamal Cross, Satellite, Ahmedabad - 380015, Mob: [protected], bring to your kind notice that I applied for Airtel Broandband Landline connection for six months package and made the payment by cash to the sales executive Mr. Ravi Dave on 21/08/2015. I received SMS from Airtel that my account number is [protected] and it will be processed in 3 working days. but because of some technical issues, I received another account number [protected] and it got installed and activated on 02/09/2015. Meanwhile, I recevied a call from Airtel Customer Executive that you will get refund of Rs. 6255/- since the account [protected] could not be activated for some technical reason. i refused the offer and informed that my account [protected] is installed and activated. I also received SMS on 03/09/2015 asking for my bank account details to refund of Rs. 6255. but i did not reply since i got the connection. after two months, i was receiving calls that the amount is not credited to the account [protected] and subsequently my connection got disconnected. When i enquired the sales executive, he informed me that he handed over the payment to his superior Mr. Chintan Purohit and then his superior Mr. Sharoop Dej approved for activating the connection. I did not expect this kind of mismanagement from a reputed firm like Airtel. I have a doubt Whether Airtel will activate the connection before receiving the payment. If the connection is not restored within 7 days of this mail, I have to taken up the issue legally.
