Few days back i requested for new broadband connection on your website. After some days i got a call regarding my request. Then one of your executive visited my house for documentation and for taking the money. I paid him 1000 ruppee cash. His name was 'AMIT'. His mobile number is '[protected]'. But even after 10 days of documentation, i haven't got any new connection. Moreover, phone of your executive who came to took money is switched off. Please do the needfull against my complaint. Either i want new connection or my money should he returned. I have attached pic of form which i received by him. This is not acceptable for a reputated company like you. I have called customer care helpline number many times but they are not interested in listening. Moreover since form doesn't have any "CEF number" your customer care guys are clearly saying they cannt help and my money will not be refunded. Being a new costumer i dont know form what is CEF number.
