[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband new connection airtel | |||
I have requested for new connection before 15 days. Till now I did not get any update. I am calling every day to call center they are telling that you will get the connection in 24 hours. Everyday I am getting the same answer. Airtel has received the documents and collected the money. They have created the account and every day they are raising a complaint and next day they are raising an escalation. The created account number was [protected]. When I asked for the status update they are just asking me to wait for 24 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||
