Airtel — broadband new connection fraud | |||
Hi Airtel team, I have applied for a BroadBand connection last Thursday 30th May 2019 and received a CAF #[protected] and Ref No: [protected]on SMS and I also have made a payment of 3536INR for 3 months subscription, I was told by the agent that Airtel will contact in 1-2 business days for installation, I haven't received any call or a message from Airtel for installation & when I called the customer care there is no update whatsoever of the request for a new connection. All I get to hear is we will get back to you in 24hrs. I think this is a big fraudulent activity by Airtel & the team. I tried calling the agent who had come for the booking, he has stopped receiving my calls now. Need help on this to get the money refunded by Airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
