[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband new connection in Ghaziabad

Hi, I have raise a broad band request and paid the amount ₹1000 On 03/11/2016. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So I have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 2 months now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.
