Airtel — broadband new connection issue and no refund even after a month | |
Its more than a month that airtel is holding my money and connection is also not provided mentioning technical issues. I spoke to dozen of representatives and their managers but till date no date provided for returning the money collected. When airtel knew in advance that they cant provide new connection why are they collecting bigger amount (In thousands) and avoid customer reaching them... Is airtel running their business with such cheap tricks? Now that i waited enough, planning to file a consumer complaint asap. Was this information helpful? | |
