Airtel — broadband new connection request | |||
I have raised for a new broadband connection on 2nd of november 2017 and submitted my aadhar and paid for connection through online. I have a small business which runs online and the person who came to collect the documents guaranteed persons will come within 8hrs of time to fix the connection and its been 6th and every day i keep on following up with him just to listen him say there is no technical person available to give connection. I have no idea how long its gonna take every time when i call him he disconnects and puts my call on hold. I don't know whom should i reach out too. Txn id : [protected] for reference.
