Airtel — Broadband not working and no response for my service request | |||
I have had the worst experience with airtel broadband service (Landline#[protected]. It’s been 5 days i have complained (Sr#[protected] of net not working in my airtel app and sent email to nodal officer. No use, one technician they just called and said to restart my modem, but no use and he said he will call back in ½ hour. But, no one turns up and later don’t pick up the call. I happened to call the toll-free number many times, but couldn’t connect with them. Since, we are working from home internet is mandatory and we already paid until july’20. It’s frustrating as the work is on standstill due to their 3rd class service. Was this information helpful? | |||
