[Resolved]  Airtel — Broadband not working for more than 24 hours

Yesterday(23/8/2022) at about 11 AM my Airtel Xtreme fiber broadband stopped working. I raised a complaint to Airtel at about 4.30PM regarding the same. My ticket ID is [protected](PH NO :[protected].Today morning(24/08/2022) an Aitel Executive called and said the issue would by resolved by today(24/08/2022) itself at about 5 or 6PM and asked me to provide an OTP to reschedule the resolution time from today(24/08/2022) 11AM to today 5PM. But after providing the OTP I got a message from Airtel saying that, as per my request the resolution will be provided on 26/08/2022 which was not done by me.I WAS CHEATED BY THE AIRTEL EXECUTIVE.When I tried calling back the number no one picked up. I have done prepaid payment for my broadband service for upto one year.What is the use of prepaid payment for such poor service.I want my issue to be resolved at the earliest and the Airtel Executive must provide a valid answer as to why he cheated me regarding the resolution time. Today I made a complaint to Airtel appellate of my zone.I asked him to deactivate my account and provide a refund if this issue is not resolved.My complaint was resolved. My complaints to consumer forum and Airtel appellate resolved my issue
