Airtel — broadband not working from 16th september, still no action from airtel

After 9 days of complaint also no action from the team and it really seems they don't care much about customer experience. Every time they will say a new story when we contact their customer care.

I am using airtel mobile from 11 years, but never expected they are this much arrogant with the customers.
