I have already raised the complaint number 57440144, about the internet not coming and every day i am getting assurance that some one will come and fix it,
I talked to the escalation manager twice and to the customer service may be more then 10 times, and all i get is some one from the techinical team is going to call and resolve it .
One day a techinican came and told that some of the cable is loose and some other team will come and fix it in next 2 hours and then no came again
I am really fed up, with there lax attitude, all they are doing is reassuring me that it will be done in next two hours and nothng is happening after that .
I am really fed up and planning to terminate the connection ..
