[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband not working since a week | |||||
My broadband and landline stopped working since 5th May, 2016. I have raised a complaint on the same day. On 6th of May 2016 one technician came and tried resolving the issue. He said that the internet will come in 1 hour and after that he disappeared forever. He never received my call and if I called from different no, he disconnected the call on recognizing my voice. Such kind of people exist in airtel which is hard to believe. And airtel had failed to resolve this issue and they are not giving any finite deadline. The technician with mobile no [protected] has never received my calls. Please take some strict action against such people.

I have mailed you the details and expect the resolution at the earliest.
Nothing had been happening on this issue since a week now.. The customer care executive still says it will take 48 hours.. what the hell is going on.. i have never got a callback as well.
