Airtel — broadband pack query

Sir, this is my landline number:[protected], and i currently have a plan of 1299 in my account, but you had to give a bonus data of 1000gb for this pack!!!, so the bonus data will be redeemed to my account right?, be i plan on using the bonus data for now, i am not paying untill i completely use all of my bonus data too, reply soon, and most of all i received a call from some random number claiming to be one of your executives, saying that there is no bonus data included in my broadband data plan!!!, if so then why did you cheat me into buying your broadband plan!!!, if you guys are honest then by any means provide me my bonus data!!!, or else you are acting just like a fraud!

I am holding a Airtel prepaid SIM No. [protected], but unfortunately my mobile has been stolen on way. You are requested to block my above SIM to avoid misuse of my data and SIM.

My husband Shri H.S. Mahara is holding a SIM 9871257540 which has been stolen on way. You are requested to block his SIM nO. 9871257540 at the earliest so that misuse of data and number can be avoided.

During few days I was facing internet problem(slow speed))...it was 4g but it given speed 32-40kb/sec...this was disappointed me...plz give me frequent suggestions...plz

I am even unable to send whatsapp text.
airtel is providing unsatisfactory internet as well as calling services.
poor network.
4G unsupportable.

I have cancelled ECS from my side two months ago but still they are charging and aprt from that my bank was charging for bounce as the amount was not in the bank . i have explained hell lot of times to both (bank and airtel ) . no one is caring, .

On 12 .03.2018 I have recharged to airtel for Rs.399+10=409/- for 70 days but now net is not working also incoming and outgoing is not available .It did not worked for 2 days.So please solve the problem immediately.my mobile no:[protected]
