[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband plan change request/ disconnection request | |||||
Hi I am having airtel broadband connection 4mbps for which my data limit was increased few months back. Last week my data limit was again reduced to 35 gb without intimation. I checked few more plans to shift over and found many new plans of higher speed available at lower cost. I tried to contact Airtel customer care to shift to lower price plan of higher speed but I'm yet to hear back from your end. It is very disappointing to see such a response as I'm already paying a higher price for an obsolete plan. Kindly follow up and revert so as to help me decide to continue with Airtel.
