Airtel — broadband rates are hiked by 100% and website contains mostly unused nos | |||
I have been the airtel broadband customer for last 3-4 years and the monthly rental which i am paying is around rs 350 and now suddenly they are taking it out with all the rebates which have been given to me. Its not only about the hike in monthly rental but their most of the nos. Given on their website are not working due to which i am unable to talk to higher executives or the ombudsman to get some kind of solution. With all my intuitive sense it gives me an impression, something is fishy in their management happening and its making customers not having a good feeling about the company. These type of business policies by such a telecom giant of india, this has never been expected from the airtel management. Now i just want a disconnection of the services permanently or if possible then come up with some viable solution to retain your customers.
