Airtel Broadband — Refund payment not received | |||
I had applied for new connection on 22/06/2020. While filling CAF application form (by AIRTEL EXECUTIVE), once it failed, second time it was successful, but twice money got deducted from my account and credited to AIRTEL account. so twice I paid the money of Rs. 2828/-+2828/- totally Rs.5656/-. Executive insisted money will be refunded. Later due to non availability of DP in my apartment airtel technician cancelled the application. So I complained to airtel customer care, they refunded only Rs. 2828/-. Still one more payment of Rs. 2828/- is pending from AIRTEL end. Check the information of my case and refund the money.
