[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband service delay | |||||
I have been chasing for a broadband connection still there is no response, moreover they have collected my payment also. It is a great grievance am writing this mail to express my recent experience with the company. I recently moved to delhi and i had applied for a broadband connection for house use. The hunt (Process) started from june 1st, 2017 on an online request for the connection. I had to constantly chase for the executive to call me back on for checking the feasibility of the connection. Eventually one of the executive connected me last thursday and i had paid the installation fees (3200) at the very moment and i was promised the installation would happen the very next day and i am still waiting for the connection, moreover there is no courtesy call for the reason on delay. I would like to notify you that am a loyal customer to airtel using the maximum services (Sim, dth). I am sure the brand will keep its reputation by taking the concern seriously. I reiterate i have been chasing the customer care number almost every day just to hear the same excuses of responding me in 24 hours.
