[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband Service frequent disconnection | |||||
Have been following up with airtel since last 10 days to get my broadband fixed I am facing frequent disconnection and my business is getting impacted because of this. Everyday the complaint is closed without my consent and it has to be re-opened again when I talk to Airtel call center who says the issue was resolved where the truth is the issue still exists and I am the one at the receiving end. If you can't provide the service then let me know clearly, will look out for alternatives. complaint No. 60033636 which was originally logged on 27th of September, closed multiple times without my consent, again rechristened as 60375338.
