Airtel — Broadband Service not provided after taking advance and no response

Please look at the below mail thread. Still Airtel Black is not activated. Kindly compensate me for the mental agony caused and false promises for more than 2 weeks. And no proper response to mail/calls. All my time wasted waiting for Airtel Connection that too after paying advance amount.
For 1 week there is no connection at all and no one listened to the complaints. The field agent phone was switched off and no action was taken. Still it's not activated properly.

I hope you are aware of the fact that I am Airtel Black Customer and was promised priority resolution service.

Despite several complaints and reminders still I have no broadband connection. Is this the service you provide to premium customers?

The customer representative has no answer and the connection agent is not picking up the phone.

Kindly check the same at the earliest as it is already many days since I moved to Airtel black and still fibre connection is not provided and now even the copper connection is removed and there is no internet connectivity and no update on this.

Kindly explain the delay and this sort of attitude to me. I can't rely on Airtel anymore even when switched to Airtel Black. The app still shows incomplete information for my account.

As per your written assurance in various previous mails and Airtel Black promises, Airtel has repeatedly failed to provide/resolve or even listen to customer's voice. Kindly compensate me for the mental pressure and monetory loss faced by me by relying on your services, failing which I will be required to disconnect and move to other service provider.
