Airtel — Broadband services are pathetic

We have been customers of airtel since 14-15 years now. We have two broadband and 1 mobile connection. The service of airtel is becoming worse every day. There is one problem or other from time to time. Sometimes there is speed problem and other times the net stops working. This has become quite frequent now. On top of that, on calling the customer care, they say that the problem will be solved in 4 hours and maximum 24 hours. But they take atleast 3-4 days to solve the problem. No one turns up when the problem is faced. Even on calling customer care repeatedly, they just tell that they have escalated the issue but still no resolution is reached. Even if you call technicians directly, they don't answer the calls. This is the case even after telling and requesting them that we have to face a lot of financial loss due to internet outage. But still they have no empathy towards their customers. They keep saying that their service is very good but when it is time to prove it, they back off. Airtel is a pathetic company.
