[Resolved] Airtel Broadband Services — Service | |||
Dear client, This is to bring to your kind notice that the airtel customer service is going down day by day. We did not have net connection from 20th may 2017 (Name nikhil raj & the phone number is [protected]), we called the customer care & raised the complaint the next day. Till 4 days there was no service given by airtel. Again we had to call the customer care & gave the complained number. The customer care representative sent a service man & he said the router is not working. So we were highly dis satisfied by the casual approach of the customer care representatives & the service ppl & we called the customer care to discontinue the the broadband connection. After 2 we received a call from airtel service providers saying that they give us free router within 24 hours & reconnect the broad band.. 2 - 3 days over no service man / technician came. So once again we called the customer care to disconnect the service, but the customer care females were so nagging & were not ready to disconnect the service. One representative kept the call on hold & just not responded. We had to make so many calls to customer care. After 6th call we could file a complaint for disconnection.
