[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband speed fraud | |||||
Two months back i have change my broadband plan from 16 mbps to 40 mbps. But i am getting only 16 mbps speed. Upon calling to customer care they do something at backend and speed comes to normal i. E. 40 mbps but later on drop to 16 mbps again. I have track record of my speed test result for last 2 months in support of my complaint. Its cheating of company who is charging more but delivering less. They should be punished and i should get proper service and compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
