Airtel Broadband — Speed is not provided as committed | |||||
I applied for an airtel broadband connection with 1399/- in which they provide 16 MBPS of speed with 40GB data. But after the installation they told that they have activated for 4MBPS plan and will upgrade it to 16 MBPS in two days. It is been 2 weeks and they changed their word to provide 8MBPS after continuous calling to executives and customer care. Now they(airtel) are asking us to compromise for the 4MBPS speed and have to pay the same price. When I call the customer care, they continuously put on hold and make us to wait for long time.I paid 1000/- as installation charges. When i ask for cancellation, they are not ready to refund my installation fee and asking to pay how much i used as of now.
