[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — Unfair and misleading services

I have faced a very bad an unforgettable service so far from airtel.I took the connection on 24april 2013 and it was not working for 1 month. So after continues follow ups and escalations. You refunded 1 month rental. I have made around 2 to 3 calls in an average durin the entire tenure. The connection won't work for 2 to 3 days in a week and again I have to call customer care and repeat the process. Even their technical team are culprits who closes the calls without actual customer's consent and they will speak like a customer an close the call. I found this when I called their team to follow up on the pending complaint. They told me that my wife had confirmed it's working! It was a shocker that they told me that my wife confirmed from my landline number when I don't have a landline at home. Their connection is not reliable so I dint use their landline service. You actually need backup internet connection for airtel. I was in the verge of losing my job because of their bad service where I couldn't do my office work at home. Their technical team misuses the landline connection by making calls from their exchanges. I found out because my bill had landline charges when I dint use the landline. When I checked with customer care, they said that thy will refund it. But I dint get any refund. The only issue was I was in the advance rental plan so I couldn't switchover. They cheat customer by providing false billing. Another example I have it in my mail box as a proof. My billing date starts from 5th of every month. It was my1st month of service, I went on a family tour and came back on 10th, I'm getting an email from airtel that I have almost exceeded 9GB and they are giving me options to extend by paying extra money! I was dead shocked! They I spoke to them and finally try have me 4gb back stating wrong billing! From 19 th September 19th till 18th October 13 their line was down because of cable fault. Their supervisor promised me that I'll get a month extension for the error. But that can be done only after my bill shows positive since I was in an advance rental. Now they are saying that it is not possible to give extension. All cheats. None passes the calls to the senior management and they cheat innocent customers promising without giving in writing! I have used all possible languages but still they don't carry the self respect as a company. Their primary idea is to swindle customer's money. People don't go for airtel. Their management needs to correct their team else they will fall very fast! My airtel landline number[protected] Chitlapakkam circle in chennai. If any of airtel's senior executive viewing this mail, please correct your team else you will not be a senior executive anymore when people throws your company like me from the house. I dint ha a choice I lost Rs6000 by paying advance rental. They easily cheated me by saying that they will give a modem and one month extra! If there is justice in this country, kindly penalise them for cheating innocent customers. This will be a lesson for other service providers! I was going through mental agony and pressure!
