Broad band is not working for me from the 10 days, (from jan 29th 2016)
complained several times, every time when i called them they will give false promise for me (within 24 hours your problem will be solved...!)
finally i decided to disconnection .. they are not ready to disconnect also
here is the details

and again its resheduled to 4/2/16---No yet resolved!
and is rise the ticket for cancellation

and again resolution team requested to wait one more day
