[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband wrong commitment airtel account number [protected] | |||||
We receive a phone call from Airtel in concern of plan change. The person told us that with a difference of Rs.50/-only airtel will provide us 105GB data (40Mbps/512Kbps) & if we will opt this scheme now then we will be having addition 60GB data & our total plan will be of 165 GB data & we agreed on that but after activation of this plan they provided us only105 GB data instead of committed 165GB data. When we complaint about this they started asking for the name & contact number of their employee who contacted & committed. whereas instead of asking us for detail they can check from their records on whose call they have changed our plan. This is mere harassment & wrong commitment which they are not fulfilling. Was this information helpful? | |||||
