Airtel — broadband([protected]) bill plan was changed without my consent and customer care peoples are not responding | |||
I was taken the minimum plan of Rs 499 plus taxes, but this month i have got the bill of Rs 824 then I have called Airtel customer care at 121. Customer care person told me that I have changed the plan from Rs 499 to Rs 699. then i have asked them to get the proof when i have called and confirmed and from which number i have called? No answer for this questions from them. Finally I have decided to disconnect the broadband without paying the bill and I have asked for the process to disconnection. call was kept on hold for 20 mins and finally it got disconnected from their end. I had to call 3 times on the same day continuously because every call is disconnected by the customer care person without any resolution. I had to explain same issues every time and I fed up and wanted to talk to senior manager, this guy also disconnected the call without any resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
