Hello, Ref. no. for your airtel fixedline/broadband [protected] is 78140978. Last time your technician has installed the cable wire over EB wire inspite our continuous redressal to not put over the EB wire. And now hence due to that my place has been burnt last night at 11 30pm when it was raining. My computer and all other equipment and also furniture were damaged due to your technician irresponsible behaviour. I request you to look into it and give us the compensation for your mistake. We had to put out the fire last night. Is this how you give peace of mind to your customer? This happened on January 27. After repeated mails to them still no recovery.
