I am experiencing network issues near to my locality for almost a month now([protected]). The call will disconnect in between(max 1.5 min) and afterwards it won't even connect (if connected, no voice). I had called their customer care(Jan 03) and they assured a resolution by Jan 8. Since there was no improvement even by Jan 12, I made another call. This time they informed me that they are having some maintenance going on and hence these issues. They weren't able to give a possible resolution date. As of now we cannot even make a proper call. When my neighbor had called them with the same issue, they told him a different reason(that he is not having 4G sim) and hence this problem. I think since this issue is localized, they are turning a blind eye. Even I'm able to make normal calls from my office. But most of my calls are to be made while I'm at home and that is not possible with their current service. I'm writing this complaint in this forum since Airtel customer care weren't able to resolve this issue. Also I would like to remind Airtel that I, as a customer can have a much more easier resolution to this issue by simply switching to another customer(already done that). If you don't want to loose business, better resolve this kind of call losses. Was this information helpful? |
