Airtel — By mistake recharge on wrong number

Dear team,

Hi i am nidhi sharma recently i have did a prepaid recharge transaction. But by mistake i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

I have already message the same information to “59109” but i got respond “no keyword found”

Now please do the same on urgent basis…. Details are as below….

Date - 01 aug 2020

Wrong mobile number-[protected]

Correct mobile number-[protected]

Amount-598rs

Transaction id[protected]

I have already talked with wrong number person. He told this number is converted in gio number. Kindly return my transaction amount.
And help me fast.
