Airtel — caf :[protected] payment done but installation is not yet done | |
Hello, Am really frustrated of the service provided by this company named airtel. I have done payment for my airtel broad band connection on july 3rd 2019 and got a confirmation that installation will be done within 24 hours. I have waited for 2 days and airtel called me stating its delayed due to technical issue and later they told its delayed due to permission issue (ie in my apartment according to them owner is not allowing to do the installation -- please note already broad band connection is available in other flats in the same apartment ). Since i paid the amount already, i called customer care number 121. For the last few days am talking to airtel customer care for more than 40 minutes to get an update on this issue.NEVER SEEN SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE EVER. Finally i asked for refund.I asked for cancellation proof to customer care lady.And they responded that they cant provide any proof!!! I feel like am cheated .Please help me how i can resolve this and get back my money. I have the proof of payment with me. Regards Was this information helpful? | |
