Airtel — call drop & no service issue in my society | |||||
Dear sir/madam, My name is sombir, who has been a very loyal customer to airtel from last 10 years now. I am facing a network problem at home wherein my cell phone always show no service due to the network unavailability at my home. We are 4 members in my family and 3 of them have been using airtel and suffering due to this problem from more than 2 years now. I have made several complaints to airtel regarding the same issue as they claim to provide open network at all places. Even asked for their engineer visit at my place to check the signal strength at my home and solve the problem accordingly. However, those guys are never bothered and close my complaints without even speaking to me. Its not just me but every single user of airtel in my society been suffering with the same problem. You are requested to to look into this as we have been paying very hefty money to network company but they are just not bothered about our problem.
