I am an old customer of airtel and had most supported airtel than any retailer done here. On[protected] i decided to divert my incoming call to my another vodafone number for my convenience. But after diverting i noticed that call is not diverting and service provider telling (In which phoen we dialing the no) "you are not dialing valid number", i called customer care and complained to them. Then customer girl told that this facility is not available on airtel. Then i called again that time other guy told that this is your device fault even they don't know how to forwarded the call. Same i have discussed with mobile manufacturer engineer they told it is service provider problem. Kindly review and suggest how to resolve this issue.
This shows how unprofessional and a false commitments airtel would give...
My problem is a simple one, but they would not give much attention to solve
