Hi, This is regarding the new connection applied for. The DTH consumer number is [protected]. Due to some reason connection could not be established at my home. So, I requested Airtel Digital TV to please cancel the connection and refund the amount paid by net banking to my concerned account. Please note that the DTH is not installed/activated.
